Dean Kennett has a lot to say that is “The phone was good but the service not so. The lady in the store lied and said I brought the wrong phone in according to the sims card and what was on the computer. The next day I brought the other phone in but the lady that helped me wasn’t in. The lady looked at the phone I brought in the previous day and she said that was the correct phone. What was the motive to lie to me. Was it because she was busy as there was 4 customers there waiting and she was the only assistant. Or was it that I was not the right color? I will not pretend to know but I was the only minority there that afternoon. Once I picked up the phone the girl gave me my paperwork and I realized a few days later I was not given the box it came in. How do you do the rebate when you don’t have the copy of the scan code on the box. Fifty bucks wasted? When I went to do the rebate I realized I needed the box. I called and the said the box was here and I could pick it up. Since I had to go there 3 times to buy one phone I asked them to mail it to me. They said they could not do it until they talked to the boss. I am sorry did they have to talk to the boss to sell me the phone? How about the accessories I bought also? I asked for the boss phone but that did not go to well. Then they said maybe I left it on the counter and it was my fault. I am in customer service, this is a poor example”.
